Intellectual Property
All content provided by DNS Growth Inc. under the Elite Sales Lab brand, including training materials and resources, is the exclusive property of DNS Growth Inc. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without our explicit permission.
Client Confidentiality
DNS Growth Inc. respects your privacy and will keep all information you provide confidential. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent.
Content Ownership
Any content you create while using our services remains your property. However, you grant DNS Growth Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Limitation of Liability
DNS Growth Inc., operating as Elite Sales Lab, provides sales training and tips to help businesses improve their sales and business performance. However, we cannot guarantee specific results. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole.
Assignment
Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of DNS Growth Inc. DNS Growth Inc. may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Any notices to DNS Growth Inc. should be sent to [email protected]. Notices to clients will be sent to the email address provided during registration or subsequent updates.
Feedback and Testimonials
By providing feedback or testimonials to DNS Growth Inc. about Elite Sales Lab services, you grant DNS Growth Inc. the right to use such feedback for marketing purposes without compensation. You assign to us all ownership rights, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, to any suggestions, ideas, or other feedback you provide regarding our services. If such assignment is not effective, you grant DNS Growth Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and sublicense the Feedback for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without restriction or compensation to you.
Service Modifications
DNS Growth Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without notice or liability.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between DNS Growth Inc. and the client regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements between you and DNS Growth Inc. (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
